Consacrata nel 1743 sorge sui resti di un precedente edificio in stile gotico. Fortemente danneggiata nell’incursione turca dell’agosto del 1537, l’esterno è arricchito in facciata da un pronao, in stile neoclassico. L’interno, è a navata unica e presenta pregevoli tele , in particolare: primo altare a destra con la tela di San Vito e, nel transetto vicino all’altare maggiore a sinistra, la meravigliosa tela delle Anime del Purgatorio, opera del pittore leccese Oronzo Tiso.

Consacred in the 1743, it stands on the remains of a previous building in gothic style, heavily damaged in Turkish raid of August 1537. The facade is enriched by pronaos in neoclassical style. The interior has a single nave and has valuable paintings, in particular: on the first altar on the right on the right you can admire the canvas of San Vito and in the transept near the main altar on the left, the wonderful canvas of the Souls of Purgatory, attributed to a painter from Lecce called Oronzo Tiso.
